Australia Shipping
Wint Studio ceramics ship via Australia Post for both domestic and international shipments. All orders will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to process, and 5-8 days for it to be shipped domestically.International Shipping:
Allow 6-10 days for most international order shipping. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for duties and import taxes. Wint Studio is unable to calculate or charge for customs fees. These costs are the responsibility of the receiver to pay during the delivery process.Delivery delays
Sometimes, carriers experience delays which are out of our control. We do not accept any liability and you agree to release us from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.Lost Items
Please be aware we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages, once your order has been delivered to the given address.Incorrect Address
If there is any mistake with your address, please get in touch via our Contact Us page and we will do our best to amend it if it hasn’t already been dispatched. We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses so please make sure you check your delivery address carefully. -
We only offer refunds or exchanges if they arrive with faults. We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Damaged Items
It’s not common but, some products may arrive with transit damage. We do not have control to completely stop this happening from time to time (we wish!). We’ll work with to resolve any issues that might arise. If the damage is too great to resolve we will replace or refund the item depending on the item and availability. It’s not possible for Wint Studio to take responsibility for damage caused by how the packaging is opened once it reaches you (eg damage caused by a weather, mail box, property or pets).NEXT STEPS
